For each job of a client SPEED provides the flexibility of having multiple challans. Each challan can have an invoice or multiple challans can have one invoice. Moreover SPEED allows multiple part invoice generation.Invoices can be generated as 'detailed invoices' or 'lump sum invoices'.
Flexibility in Data Modification
The job data can be modified at any stage in the lifetime of a job. SPEED allows data modification at theJob, Challan and also the Invoice stages.

Inventory Management - Production Control - Logistics Management
These 3 modules are aimed at enhancing the productivity of your back-office and thus yield you higher profit margins.
 
Inventory Management
This takes care of the inventory of goods and gives colour-coded feedback on stock which is going below the re-order level. This information is useful for SPEED to generate reports stating the stock usage over a period of time.
 
Production Control
Each stage in your production cycle will now be made online, and a job will not be ready to be delivered from your premises till all the stages are set to 'Complete'.
 
Logistics Management
Timely deliveries is what will make you stand out from the rest and keeping track of the various destinations that one job has to be delivered to is the killing factor. Now with the new Logistics Management module, you can identify each job by scanning it and attaching a delivery address to it. If multiple quantities have to be delivered to diverse locations, fret not, SPEED will take care of it.
